Re: [RC] dosing for Fenbendazole suspension/liquid ivermectin? - heidiPlease Reply to: Erin Drebis ecdrebis@xxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================Hi, Can someone please tell me the conversion of ml to CC's. I bought a 1000 ml bottle of the Fenbendazole and being math challenged am not sure how many cc's to give. Some place I saw a chart of how to convert ml's to cc's mcg to grams, etc. Does anyone know where a person could find such a chart, sure would help decipher feed labels. 1 ml = 1 cc. They are the same thing. As for metric conversions--you could likely find a chart on the net, but for general purposes here, 1000 mcg = 1 mg. 1000 mg = 1 g. 1000 g = 1 kg. Also, 1 ppm = 1 mg/kg. 2.2 lbs = 1 kg. Those are the main conversions you need for feed calculations. Also, does anyone have experience with *safely* givng Ivomac to horses? Orally? You betcha, all the time! Just make sure it is plain Ivomec, and doesn't have other things added to it for other sorts of cattle parasites. Dose is 1 ml per 110 lbs body weight.
