[RC] Volunteer desperately needed for Tevis - Stadium leaderboard - Lucy Chaplin Trumbull

Volunteer(s) Needed! (Ideally two people)

With only a week to go until Tevis, we have found
a hole in our plan - we have no-one to update the
leaderboard at the Stadium in Auburn.

If you would like to help out, have a laptop that
can connect to the internet via phone line (we
provide the phone line - you will be obtaining your
information straight from the web), and are able to
use a marker pen to write rider #s and times on a
big leaderboard in the stadium, we can use you!

This task will run from early evening on Saturday
to 5:15 am when the last rider comes in.

You will be located in the inner part of the stadium,
so have an excellent view of the horses making their
final victory laps.
