Re: [RC] Managing Stallions in Public - rides2farNATRC used to have a rule or policy that ALL stallions must be double tied. That may still be the case. I've seen more problems from mares breaking loose and coming to the stallion. Some stallion owners put a corral around their tied horses just to keep the mares away.
