This is what I used on our flatbed truck:

http://www.sportack.com/products/product_trailer.aspx  click on "water 
storage", then look at the 35 gallon hay rack containers.  I put two of 
them side by side up against the front of the bed.  I now have 70 gallons 
on the truck, and can still see out the back window with 100% 
visibility.  Plus I have 200 gallons water storage on the trailer itself.
