Heidi is right on here.  One of our local trails, on private property and
paralleling a county road, seems to be a favorite dumping ground for all of
the items she mentions.  This is a trail made and maintained by all of us
local horsemen.  It is used by hikers and fishermen as well, but it is also
a magnet for people to dump their trash and use as their bathroom.  Yuck!!

Yeah, compared to the dirty diapers, fast food wrappers, soft drink cups,
broken beer and liquor bottles, shot up beer cans, condoms (used),
feminine hygiene products (used), syringes (used), toilet paper (used),
and other efluvia one all too frequently encounters along public trails, a
little horse poop seems, well, downright CLEAN...
