Awwww, shucks, I'm no so unusual at that......I thought maybe I was a privileged person :-)) On the other hand, most of the scams I receive are addressed to me, as the perpetrators must think that Big Creek Ranch is a MAN. Many, or most, of those ads are gender specific. I've seen and learned more things than I ever wanted to know. Yuck.....do some people REALLY live that way? Hi Pattie, There is a reverse side of your story---- I had a someone from South America just email me with a request to sell him enough frozen semen to breed his 2 mares. He gave me a phone number down there. Well, I grilled him over the coals, accusing him of scamming me as he did not even wish to see a video and was unconcerned about the cost of shipping frozen semen. Turns out he was breeding 2 very nicely bred mares in FL and I just received the money wired to my account. Why he didn't tell me where to go initially, I'll never know. I was abrupt (no, downright rude!) I get 2-4 scams/week--- some from Nigeria, some from places unknown, and I now know how to get my husband's appendage lengthened by 6 inches... where to go to see crazed nymphomaniacs doing bizarre things with whoever and whatever... how to look 20 years younger in 20 days (that one did tempt me...)... get out of IRS taxes forever... make a killing in real estate--among other things. It is no wonder I rarely trust anyone initially anymore--- at least on the internet! Better safe than sorry I guess... BUT .. I almost lost out on a great client! I know and probably so do you that no one buys a horse unseen. PS this person was from supposedly England. So was the person that was buying my sisters car.
