Re: [RC] Completion Awards - Lynne GlazerAgreed--I didn't mention that all my volunteers and vets get a shirt, and I sure hope they're wearing them with pride.Completion awards--it's tough to do something "different" that still can have the ride's logo affixed. One year at NRR we did rider's choice of collapsible buckets and Snugpax's EZ Boot bags. Tried to have the logo affixed before the sewing, but they couldn't do it. Shirts are so easy by comparison--last year's BHB we did sweatshirts and this year was a long-sleeved T. Riders complain when it's a shirt (oldtimers) and when it's NOT a shirt (new riders). The most popular were the 3 years of short-sleeved NRR polo shirts, I see those at rides most frequently. Lynne and a ton of BHB large and XLs from this year--in purple of course. $10 plus shipping :-) On Jul 14, 2004, at 2:17 PM, Becky Rohwer wrote: Gosh, now I feel bad.
