Re: [RC] Medicating/preventing scald - Chris Paus

Speaking of good stuff.. I had occasion to try
granulex on myself last year.

I got a horrible rope burn across my hand when a nasty
nylon rope got tangled around my hand as my horse was
backing out of the trailer.. It was ugly and extremely
painful. I was very lucky my hand didn't come off at
the wrist!

Anyway, I found granulex to be the most soothing stuff
I tried on my wounds. I thought maybe it would sting,
but it didn't. It was very soothing on the raw tissue.
My burns healed up quickly and amazingly the scars are
barely noticeable.

I had always used it for horse cuts and abrasions, but
never tried it on myself. It's great stuff.
