Mom eats most of the beet pulp mix, but foal may get a cup or two of it each day. No, nothing that will harm her. The main problem feeding beet pulp in any quantity to younguns is that it is not nutritionally dense--it is strictly a hindgut thing. So it takes up space in their diet that would be better served by something that meets their higher nutritional needs. But I sure wouldn't worry about a youngun just stealing a bit of mama's like yours is doing--might even help her develop a taste for it for when you're riding her and you want her to eat it anyway!
