RE: [RC] Fly sprays - Flicks - Wendy HarrisI used Flicks last year on three of my horses, two were fine and one ended up with hives all over his body! It looked horrible and the poor guy was so itchy! It does work but be careful if you have a horse that is sensitive to begin with. Two of them were fine, but one's sheath swelled up to the size of a milk cow's udder!! He also had some skin scalding/scurfing on other areas of his body. Through trial and error, we found it definitely was the Flicks that caused it. So even though it's 'natural', it doesn't work for all horses (the horse that had a reaction has the toughest skin of the three - go figure).
