[RC] Forerunner I got mine! - Ridecamp Guest

I have had my forerunner now for about 3 months.  I also got  mine from amazon. 
It was here in 2 days max.  $120 included shipping.

LOVE IT!  It can sure tell you how fast your horse can, or can't go.  I also 
use it to walk the track at the local highschool, no just me alone, no horse 
involoved.

My 14.2 1/2HH arab gelding can walk ~ 4.5 - 5 miles an hour for about 10 + 
miles.  We did a walking only ride not long ago.  Also he can trot 14mph for a 
very good distance.

I found this out at the LBL ride in KY.  Way cool.  I am not allowing my 
gelding to do those speeds (I watch those suspensories closely), but it was 
neat to see that he could.  I didn't ASK him to go this fast, I am sure he 
could have trotted faster, but I didn't ask him to move faster.

I love it when people boast "Oh my horse can walk 10mph, or trot 25mph," I 
laugh.  If they can, I wanna see proof on the GPS if their horse really can.  
GPS's don't usually tell tall tales.

Neither does my measuring stick tell tall tales either.  My weight tape does 
tell tales though. :P
