Re: [RC] Re complaints & anonymity - heidiPlease Reply to: Voodoo rides2much@xxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== Kat said> It makes virtually NO sense to give credence to ANY observation unless you know the reference point of the observer. And while this anonymous observer has given some clues as to reference point (e.g. s/he has claimed to have been AT the ride, although, this, too, might be total fabrication and there is no way to validate it), anonymity, by its very nature will lead almost everybody to discount those observations (and rightly so). **** But also keep in mind that Lynne herself has admitted she knows who I am. I think that it is safe to assume that if I had not actually been at the ride, Lynne would have pointed that out. Lynne may know, but kat is right--the fact that you hide behind anonymity to the rest of us causes us to give no credence to your statements. And indeed, since you chose to bring them to a public forum, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that your sole motive is to strike out and hurt, rather than to make any sort of constructive observance. It is that which has gained you the ire of ridecampers--not any bias toward ride managers.
