Hey, I just came in from helping out on some of the trail work....
If you have been hearing that Kennard is getting lots of rain, please
disregard that information. Though there has been some rainfall, we have not
been getting very much. The trails that I went on were good. Very few problem
areas. Surprisingly good footing.
More news: Dr. Emma was out there on horseback. She, too, reported good
footing. Though I was not riding with her, we both had a blast while out
there.
So don't let the forecast and weather reports spoil the weekend. Come out
and enjoy the trails. You really don't want to miss the Grand Canyon trail (no
laughing, now!).... it is a fun piece.
