I think these folks need to be reminded that Ride Managers are VOLUNTEERS.  With out them we have no sport.

When people complain and whine, I usually ask them if they have ever managed a ride.  The answer is usually something along the lines of "no, I don't have time" or something to that effect.  Then you just look at them and say "maybe you should try it."..........mb
