When my mare was diagnosed with ulcers 5-6 years go, the vet here in Arizona told me that if I wanted to save money that I should go to Mexico and buy the drugs. I did and saved a lot of $$$$. When we did a repeat scope to check after the course of treatment, the vet said "well, I guess those drugs from Mexico worked just fine". She was clear of ulcers.
