Why is it called P&R? There is lots of P, but
no R. P being Pulse and R being Respiration. Years ago R was taken,
but now it is not. Therefore, i propose it is either called P Stop or
Pulse Check or just P or something else someone thinks is a good
idea. P&R tho is not any longer the correct lettering. It took
my Mentress Paulita to ask this question and i answered.."some things changed
and some did not." for lack of a better answer. Does anyone have a better
one? or is this just something that is unimportant? or no one else has ever
