[RC] Hi-tie/ velcro question - Magnumsmom

This may be really late in coming (since I'm way behind in reading
the archives), but one of the people I spoke with at the Caja del Rio
ride mentioned trying one with her mare.  The mare kind of looked
at her out the corner of her eye, flipped her head, disconnected
the velcro, and then stood there with a "What, are you that dumb?"
look in her eye.  She mentioned that she'd love to use them, but
doesn't dare knowing that her mare could just leave whenever she
wanted.

However, we also agreed that my Blue would stay on one.  He's such
a good boy.  He wouldn't test it... or pull hard enough to release the
velcro.  It would probably work for him.
