Re: [RC] [RC] Do you know this horse? - Jean DiazWell, I'll start. M-Lady Charian, 1989 mare by JJ Parone out of E-Teza by *Eleuzis. At the bottom, her tail female line is through Bint Gulastra, royal endurance breeding and all CMK. Then we have the Travelers Rest Egyptian import stallion, Hallany Mistanny -- I'm not clear on whether he's considered CMK or not, but I think he is. He is definitely pure Egyptian and Al Khamsa, and prized blood in that context. That mare was then topcrossed with the old Polish *Witez II son, Wiertez. That mare then topcrossed with the 1962 Polish import *Eleuzis, about whom I know nothing. Starting with her sire, again you have royal CMK breeding in his grandam Biya (a granddaughter of the great *Serafix and Abu Farwa, and a line to *Latif, the son of Antez recently discussed here.) That mare crossed to the pure Egyptian and Al Khamsa Ibn Morafic, and that mare crossed to *Padron, who is usually accounted Russian and a halter producer (and a big winner at halter himself), but was half CMK through his dam, Odessa. Heidi can certainly add to this, and maybe some of the Polish people can chime in about *Eleuzis, but if she looks like a riding horse, she probably is a riding horse. :-) Good luck with her.
