[RC] Horse That Pull on 100s - A Super Story - rides2far

Super was being a total jerk on the first loop and tried to pull my
arms
out.

I feel honored, I had a front row seat for that performance. I followed
Stagg for most of that loop and saw the clothesline incident. It was
really scarey! Super was charging down the trail making Kaboot look like
a kid horse and we shot up a bank and as the trail went left it looked
like Stagg wanted to do a turn around for control and went vearing
sideways right at that guide wire. Talk about a frozen gasp from a whole
line of riders. I remember very clearly coming into the vet check and
somebody saying something like "Stagg's in the lead" and I said, "I'm not
worried about Stagg, that horse will kill him before this race is over!

In my experience (22 year worth) most endurance riders are great people who
will go out their way to help and be friendly.
