Re: [RC] Yet more Selenium questions - GoTorySorry I can't help with the interpretation of the lab results, but think I can with the cost-effective supplement... I get Equ-SeE by Vet-A-Mix from K-V Vet supply. I tsp has 1 mg of Se and 220 mg of Vit E. A little low in the E but that's easily added. A one pound jar costs about $7...Thats about 90 "recommended" doses, but I give about 3 mg/day in addition to the somewhat incidental amounts in the Winners Daily vitamins and Farrier's Formula. Even with all this, we're only at 194... nikki ============================================================ I still prefer what it is that BH100, Tevis, The Duck's Soup of Endurance, etc. has to offer...but, to see a horse canter over sand for those distances...Good Lord, it humbles me. ~ Frank Solano ridecamp.net information: http://www.endurance.net/ridecamp/ ============================================================
