Ed, no doubt in my mind. MN is ahead of the
game. Here in MI we do the best that we can. We work with the DNR
and its policies. We figure that we have to hold to their rules
as well as be polite about it. So far wherever hubby and I have
volunteered, this has worked. Shouting and accusing get one nowhere
