"incentive" to 100's. Besides I suspect that Kat can't produce the post
she is attributing by comment to.
I doublt that any no one at any distance does this sport for the
prizes.
And yet, this whole discussion got started because one of the things
that Truman said was we have to provide enough prizes for career LD
riders to keep them coming back.

And Truman, if I REALLY did it for the "awards" as you seem to think I
want to do, I'd be down there blowing it out in a 25 going for BC with
my experienced horses. I would have cleaned up a whole lot more awards
the last few years top tenning in the 25's than I have slowing down and
completing 50's and staying in my chair during the awards ceremony. My
entry fees would be lower, I'd get the showers first and smell better,
get the food while it was hot and apparently have the right to complain
without ceasing about my plight.
