[RC] Trails - Julie FullerLaura,Reading your post about exploring trails , I have a couple of suggestions: Get yourself a couple pairs of cheapie pruners... the hand held ones about 7 inches long. They are a godsend! We used to spend time on every training ride just snipping "eye-killers" And we all got very good at cantering down the trail, snipping branches as we went! *smile* We would also stop and trim, giving our horses a break at the same time. We carry folding saws for larger stuff. We have found the Coleman brand to be the best, but also the hardest to find. Julie ============================================================ Just because someone tells you that your horse isn't "fit" for endurance...doesn't mean it isn't, it just means your horse isn't fit to be "their" endurance horse! Go for it, you never know what you'll accomplish with that "saddle horse" or "trail horse" of YOURS! ~ Darlene Anderson - DPD Endurance ridecamp.net information: http://www.endurance.net/ridecamp/ ============================================================
