RE: [RC] [RC] Biltmore/Super Stagg - Howard BramhallStagg Newman has become (I think he's always been) the model for all endurance riders to emulate. His ego is in check, his horse always comes first (and, I'm not speaking of placing), and his wealth of knowledge is so deep he's the rider we all need to tap into. The cool thing about Stagg is he's willing to share this knowledge to anyone who will listen.I don't think I've ever seen anyone do such a "clean sweep" of all available awards at a ride. He won it all at Biltmore and this ride, with thousands of people, dogs, and vehicles everywhere, is quite challenging. I'll make sure to not only read all of his articles but, I'll cut them out and paste them on my "endurance" wall to re-read each and every day. I'm so glad he's there and willing to share. Not all super riders are this way. cya, Howard From: Timothy Worden <ndrorydr@xxxxxxxxx> To: EnduranceNet RideCamp <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [RC] Biltmore/Super Stagg Date: Mon, 10 May 2004 19:31:18 -0700 (PDT) _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself with the new version of MSN Messenger!
