I carry a single locking blade in a sheath on my belt bag, also, attached to the zipper compartment is a small, blue light flashlight, very small but very bright. The flashlight has a manual switch or strobe feature. I also have a whistle attached to the other zipper compartment.
I have a Leatherman on my saddle packs that I would like to carry on my pack, however, it is too heavy.
