[RC] Formaldehyde - Julie Fuller

Animart.com has it in gallons and in 55 gallon drums. Listed under Foot Supplies. It is used for thrush and hoof rot in dairy cows. They pour it in big flat pans (foot bath) and the cows walk through it.
