The are only changing the LD BC rule - at least that is my
understanding. Tevis has been working under the current endurance BC
rule for years with no problems - so why does it need grandfathering.
Under the current endurance rule - unless they change the wording, it
doesn't have to be given at all.
Truman, what you say is true except
that the new rule, if it passes, will require BC and will require that
it is done with AERC forms. Tevis will simply be grandfathered in
under the new rule......mb
