First I would like to thank Tammy, Charlie, Charlene and the rest of their gang for a great ride weekend!

Secondly, I think Nick's story made it sound like there was trash everywhere.  Maybe I was blind, but I did not see that much trash along the trail.  Sorry Zayante was jumping around a bit because of it.  Kind of surprised that he did, especially as he has so many miles under his hooves.  My horse didn't even give it a second look.  The camels and monkeys were a total non-issue for us too.  There were single track, old paved and fire roads to ride on.  The views were great.  The hills were still green despite the heat and lack of water this season.

I encourage you all to come to this ride if you can next year.  Its a great weekend of riding with nice scenery.

The Easter eggs at basecamp was a great treat for our family.  The poker ride was a great way to let other riders participate too.
