[RC] questions - Alice Yovich

I only do NATRC rides right now, but since I remember how much I hurt 2 years ago after my first ride, how bad I slept and how ill prepared I was I'll reply. i've learned so much the last two years.

I sleep in my trailer also. If it's supposed to rain I tarp it off and I have a tent/cot combo that is very comfortable to sleep in. I could theoretically just open it up anywhere from the truck to the ground beside the horse, but I feel most comfy in my trailer.

I always tie to the trailer.

<<What do you eat for breakfast?>>

I like oatmeal, sausage, hardboiled eggs. sometimes chicken salad or salami. I must have coffee and I like to have some protein.

<<What do you pack for snacks?>>

I am currently working on this one. I want to come up with a homemade energy bar so that I don't have to spend money on them. So far, the two things I've made, while healthy, looked like cake. I want them for me, but also for my daughter who gets very hungry when on the trail and then she can be very grumpy.  I like nuts and beef jerky at present.
