HA ! I would probably be better off facing a bear then doing that !

*reminds me
of the worst wreck at Pt. Reyes Natl. Seashore I ever heard. There is a fellow
who would pack llamas into the park, often a train of 3-4, all wearing packs
and bells. We ran into them once on the Bridge Ride and had a lot of fun
making our horses go up and sniff the llamas.
Well, a
really nice couple was riding along Bear Valley trail, and around the corner,
full speed comes a spooked llama, with a pack hanging off dragging, bells
a-ringing. Apparently the horses were stunned at first, and before they
could react, one rider turned in circles and was able to get off. The
llama spied the horses and was quite happy to be reunited with four-legged
critters. One horse with a rider turned and gallped off, and the
riderless horse also....with the llama in hot pursuit, still dragging the
pack. They got several mies down the trail until some hilkers stopped
the horses.
The couple
then rented a llama, and corraled it next to the horses for a month or
so....
However, we have made all our horses wear jingle bells at
Christmas....
