I found out who it is!  Linda Tellington Jones.  But first, my mom said to remind you that I am just a little twerp- she has read the book though, she said it was to relax our fidgety Arabs...

I'm not like the natural horsemanship pro! but I would reccoment t-touch- put simply, it is massaging your horse.  There are different techniques, and an entire book on it, my mom knows the author...
