RE: [RC] The Great Vitamin Debate - ChrystalThis question has been bothering me for some time as I am about to embark on a shopping vitamin/supplement trip!!:-) (Which I know is going to cost a lot of $!!) My horses are about to finish up the hay for the year- and start on pasture in the next few weeks- their field is about 8 acres and varied, from swampy, soggy stuff to dry and high!! Is there a way I can test and know what is in my field,??It just seems so big and variable. Are there any blood tests I could do on my horses in a month or two to see if they are low in certain minerals etc??Would this be a better plan than trying to test my field? Thanks !! Training/conditioning is one of the best tools available. It makes us better horseman and women, it benefits our horses and could quite possibly be the key to preventing most crashes. ~ Lisa Salas - The Odd Farm ridecamp.net information: http://www.endurance.net/ridecamp/ ============================================================
