Somebody did a study and
showed that lightning will strike the same place twice.
Growing up, we had a tree
in the yard that got hit at least 4 times over several years. It wasn't
even the tallest tree in the yard. It went from being a tall pine tree, to
eventually a tree with 1 branch and then that got hit and it was a tall
stump.
