RE: [RC] Electric fence/pasture - Horseguard - Potato
I have had
mine up for about 9 years now and it still looks the same as new. I did
switch from white to brown when I bought more and I am glad I did. The
white looked a bit dirty sometimes and in damp areas it collected a bit of
mold.
It's awesome
for temporary enclosures too.

Becky,. I
have been using this type of fencing ever since I saw it in France where it
kept large herds of various
livestock contained.
I too
love the ease of installation and ease of change.

Re: [RC] Electric fence/pasture - Horseguard
I love the Horseguard electric fence. My whole pasture is two
strands with 12 ft between posts. The designated corral is three
strands. Even my gates are made from the horseguard tape with hooks
on them. I used the green. My horses respect it very well and
it is pretty maintenance free. Every once in awhile I may have to go
tighten a droopy area, but that is a snap. The really great thing
was other than having the posts put in by a couple old cowboys who does
this type of work for fishing money, I was able to put the rest of it up
by myself. I think it is a great product for any horse people who
want to go electric.
