[RC] SERA website maintance - Truman Prevatt

The SERA website could be down for transitioning over to new hardware at some points during the transition. Please note the following.

All data will be copied over on March 28th and DNS propagation will begin
March 29th. The sites should be fully moved over by April 1st.
