NOW,about personality in choosing a horse.....it is WAY down on my list. I

 catch rode....odd, i guess.

How true this is! No matter what I initially think of a horse, after I've
ridden it a few miles, I invariably fall in love with it. Something to do with
my general love of horses and my always being able to find something good
about each one? jeri

Arabians were bred for years primarily as a war horse and those
requirements are similar to what we do today with endurance riding.
