[RC] PocoBueno thing - sally reid

I have a 19 yr old gelding that is a grandson of Poco Bueno (named Marco Poco Bueno, <cute huh?>) does this thing ever have a late onset? He has never had any problems other than with the occasional abcess from a bruise. Should I worry? Just wondering.
