The property (2000 acre development) on the Cumberland Plateau approximately 35 miles northwest of Chattanooga overlooking the Sequatchie Valley. Tracts range from 5 to 50 acres, gated community (already have 5-6 owners with horses) with access to approximately 75 miles of trails (mainly old mining and ATV trails) on privatly owned lands. I have not rode many miles on horseback but the neighbors state that there are waterfalls, creeks, overlooks and you can ride for days, what I have done on an ATV down to Picnic Rock was most definately a workout... these are not maintained trails).
