Re: [RC] speaking of twh/mft - Tina HicksMy unspotted SSH Hank has this tremendous trot you are all talking about. Of course he also paces, racks, single-foots, does a true Walking Horse Walk (not very often), and canters - all within a few strides oftentimes. To see him going down the trail trotting you'd be hard pressed to realize he's gaited. When I ride with someone who doesn't know him, I wait for the "Umm, what, exactly, is your horse????" - usually happens when they are behind and watching his legs go in and out of all these gaits :) Tina On Thu, 1 Jan 2004, Elite wrote: Our gelding Vindicator does this wide extended trot. His head sways side to side as his body flexes with the back leg reaching up along side. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
