Well, Truman, go out and do what the wife and I did tonite. Go see "Gods & Generals," a film classic that will match "Gone With the Wind," for, you see, in this movie it actually looks like the South just might win. And, man, do they make those Yankee Generals look kinda stupid. Looks like things haven't changed much (I have no idea what I mean by that). The sad thing about the movie is they had almost as many dead horses as they did Yankees, lying there in the battlefield at Fredericksburg. Anyone know how they did that? I checked real close, and I didn't see one of those horses on the ground breathing any. Unlike the human actors, I don't think anyone, not even Jim Holland, can teach a horse to lie down and not breathe. Watch the movie, and you too will become a Southerner.
