[RC] Terms of Lease - Tamara Taylor

Hi there folks,

I am looking to lease my gelding out to a Pony Clubber as I am a full time 
university student with limited time and money. I would like the lease to be 
a "free lease" so the leasee would pay for the full cost of board but nothing 
for the horse. I can't really afford to go the 1/2 board route but I would like 
to ride one day per week. What are fair terms for this arrangement? Should I 
pay for some of the other expenses (farrier, deworming, vet) and how much??
