[RC] Blood Testing - Rebecca Hackworth

Could we start with blood testing (say, HCT's) at rides like National
Championships? Many horses have traveled long distances......

Maybe rides like Tevis.....ROC or Pan Am's....or just any 100's, FEI
Qualifiers....a place to start? I think so.

Do we need to do this to the average LD'r in the future? Probably
not...but then again, I have seen treatments on LD horses, as have
you all I am sure....but are they as likely as on High Profile
100's....I don't know the answer to that...anyone out there know?

Multi-day Rides? Could be next step, but on the Multi Day rides I
have been to, I really think they have the lowest overall treatment
and or pull rate...

So what are the opinions out there?????
