[RC] betting? - Larry Miller

Calcuttas were done in Ohio too.  In fact there was one at the 87 ROC.  I
never did like them.  I hated having folks betting on me and my horse.  I
didn't like the extra pressure and so I always told those folks that I would
ride the ride the way I saw fit for that moment, that day, and for my horse.
