One item I'd covered would be how to live in the ridecamp area. Where/how to park? Who to ask things of? Etiquette concerning generators and fencing and such.

I've often thought of just do a clinic on a friday evening - set up the ride camp - overnight and do a start, vetcheck, and finish (with simulated completion vetting.

during the morning, stagger the start (simulated distances?) so that all the P&R and Vetting are done by other riders.

It would be nice if AERC would have a stipend so you could actually hire 1-2 local vets and train them as well:)
