Just a note for y'all on the insurance issue with overloads; I'm an insurance agent but I don't write much commercial (heavyweights...), but my understanding on this is that if you have financial responsibility laws in your state it will pay _only_ your financial responsibility amount and possibly pay your leinholder off if you have one. Here in NC it is a $10,000 fine for being over the _rated_ weight for your truck. Many people feel like if they have it _tagged_ at a certain weight they're fine... Not here in North Carolina!
