Re: [RC] [Guest] living with ATVs - CharlesMy suggestion, and this will not make you popular, is to look into a lawsuit for the condo association creating a "nuisance". You will want to check with a lawyer. The association is changing the nature of the neighborhood, and creating a nuisance that prevents you from enjoying the property you own. Charles PS: If the nature of the neighborhood changes it could make something a nuisance that wasn't before (case of a development next to a large cattle feed lot. It wasn't a nuisance, until the homes were built), or could make something no longer qualify as a nuisance. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ridecamp Moderator" <ridecamp-moderator@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <guest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 11, 2003 12:58 AM Subject: [RC] [Guest] living with ATVs Marlene Moss mossrockendurance@xxxxxxxxxxxxx I was wondering if anyone on this list has found a way to deal with ATVs on the roads, trespassing or on their own property if subdivision covenants either can't or won't deal with the problem? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
