Hi, Angie.  I'm sure you'll be fine.  Sadly nothing quite exercises the
exact same muscles as actually riding.  That said, I would not go faster
on your eliptical, I'd go much longer!  If you can work up to 60 or even
90 mins. that would help you sustain that LSD your muscles will need on a
