I just use ivermectin every 2 months. I read something recently that said rotating may actually be more likely to cause resistance. They were rethinking telling people to rotate every other month.Rather to use your wormer for a year or more then rotate. Food for thought. My vet said ivermectin was enough and safest.  Hey Southeasterners!!  Just curious as to what
dewormer rotation people are using.  I've seen a
number of different rotation schedules, but only one
that is regions specific, Panacur Powerpack.  I don't
really plan on using the powerpack, so I though I'd
find out what others in the SE do.
