[RC] Ride Today-Timex Speed-Distance - EdWeather is bright and beautiful! Near 60 degrees out. Took my guy out for a spin with our new Christmas gift the Timex Time/Distance for the first time. It was just so nice out it was a joy to be on his back and going down the road. It was interesting seeing how fast we were going at different gaits. Will certainly be a useful tool. Did a little over 11 miles at a relaxed 5mph average although we hit 21 mph at one point. The average includes stopping and picking at grass and chatting with a local on his 18mth old Tn Walker filly he was training. Bottom line was it was a great day to ride!
