Yep you can have horses on my place. I think it has become more upscale 
now than it used to be. That area is close enough to Cleveland that the 
411 corridor from there down to 64 will become a "bedroom community" for 
Cleveland and when that happens prices will skyrocket - if that is not 
what is going on at the present time. One person that lives in the area 
where my lot is located works in Atlanta and telecommutes - only going 
in a day or so a week.

We've never done anything with it - except get it cut a couple times a 
year. We keep talking about it but it's still sitting there. BTW Roger 
does have a very nice place. One of the few places we could find up 
there with a sufficient amount of pasture and ascess to trails.

You, however, need to take some care up in that neck of the woods. 
Between stumbling over someone's still and getting shot and stumbling 
over a copperhead and getting bit. That doesn't even take into account 
the flash floods or the ice storms. There Roger that should keep them 
out of your neck of the woods ;-).
